A NEIPA, smooth and drinkable with a big hop taste and aroma. Packed full of Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. A silky mouthfeel and body compliment the huge hop additions into a brew as beautiful as the Moon on the Lake!

Art Gardunkel - 5.6%
A dark German lager with sweet roasted harmonies. The lesser-known partner of the Munich lagers and underrated for its complexity. Smooth and crisp with good round malt flavors supporting a light roastiness. Like a tenor singing the high parts, this beer does it all.

Vienna Lager – 5.2%
An American take on an Austrian and Mexican classic, this amber lager is a union of subtle malt tone and the gentle kiss of Cascade hops. Clean, smooth and perfectly balanced.

Slab of Granite IPA - 7.5%
Big and heavy, Slab of Granite IPA, is just like our prominent local bedrock. Passing through the brewing process like metamorphic rock. Heat and time turn grain, water, yeast, and hops into a solid product. Packed with a dense flavor of Ekuanot, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops. Perfect after climbing up a Slab of Granite!

Dickie Bird Light – 4.2%
For my father, a lover of light beers. Unfiltered and all American.
 
Brewhouse Brown Ale – 5.5%
An American Brown ale with a wonderful balance of malt and hops. Smooth chocolaty malt flavors coming from rich barley that's been carefully kilned hold up a fantastic American hop finish. Who said brown was boring? Pssshh, that's crazy talk! Time to branch out with Brewhouse Brown Ale.

Rail Trail Pale Ale - 5.6%
A light and refreshing pale ale with a golden hue. Fruity inducing Citra hops give this ale it's vibrant character. Whether you wondered down the trail on foot, bike or snowmobile this pale ale will satisfy your thirst.
