BREWS

Beer - 5.2%
Just want a beer? Welp, here it is! Ray Brook Brewhouse's unfiltered, light, and smooth German-style lager. It's just straight up beer.

Apricot Wheat – 4.9%
Our take on the classic apricot wheat combo. It's a whole heaping helping of lush apricot fused with a smooth bodied wheat ale. A refreshing balance of flavors complementing one another like they always have.

Moon on the Lake IPA - 6%
A NEIPA, smooth and drinkable with a big hop taste and aroma. Packed full of Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. A silky mouthfeel and body compliment the huge hop additions into a brew as beautiful as the Moon on the Lake!

Half Moon Session IPA – 4.8%
Big on hop flavor, easy on the alcohol, and smooth enough to drink the whole sunny day. Moon on the Lake's little sister shares the same balance and refreshing character that makes hops sing, and your taste buds applaud for more. Featuring the fragrant and juicy hop, Azacca.

Paradis sur Terre - 8%
A traditional Trappist style ale. Featuring a simple recipe of grain and Belgian sugar boosted by a complex Belgian yeast. Flavors of plum, dried apricot, raisins, and clove all mingle together to create “Heaven on Earth.”

Slab of Granite IPA - 7.5%
Big and heavy, Slab of Granite IPA, is just like our prominent local bedrock. Passing through the brewing process like metamorphic rock. Heat and time turn grain, water, yeast, and hops into a solid product. Packed with a dense flavor of Ekuanot, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops. Perfect after climbing up a Slab of Granite!

Art Gar-Dunkel – 5.2%
A dark German lager with sweet roasted harmonies. The lesser known partner of the Munich lagers, and underrated for its complexity. Smooth and crisp with good round malt flavors supporting a light roastiness. Like a tenor singing the high parts, this beer does it all.

Vienna Lager – 5.2%

A mild amber colored lager a
with a clean malty finish. Perfect for any type of wild Adirondack weather. Lightly balanced with a hint of noble hops.

Haulin' Oaks (Cherry and Oak) – 5.6%
A wild maneater of an ale aged on French oak and cherries. Slightly tart and light in body, this little red colored ale is sophisticated, but not out of touch. Wrapped in a myriad of flavors to enjoy one on one. It'll have you crying, “say it isn't so,” when the last drop is gone.
