A mixed fermentation between French saison yeast and Brettanomyces produces this classic saison farmhouse ale. Easy to drink in the hot summer days, with flavors and aromas of peppery esters and floral cascade hops for a North American touch.
Autumnalfest Lager – 5.6%
Unfiltered and unfettered, this Vienna Lager is balanced by malty complexity and floral aroma and flavors. Enjoy it's easiness while watching the leaves take color in a festive fiery display.
Moon on the Lake NEIPA -- 6%
A NEIPA, smooth and drinkable with a big hop taste and aroma. Packed full of Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. A silky mouthfeel and body compliment the huge hop additions into a brew as beautiful as the Moon on the Lake!
Pre-Prohibition Porter – 5.7%
Before prohibition, America was speckled with 4600 breweries all making ales unique to their own town's taste. Porters, a little bit lighter in character than their future cousins, reigned supreme in many of these towns. Dark roasty elixirs filled ornate glasses, that were raised to toasts, before being happily consumed. Here's our rendition of what old tales tell.
Wild Guava — 4.7%
Soured in the kettle with New York-made yogurt, fermented out with Brettanomyces, doused with delicious fresh pink guava. Absolutely crushable in the summer heat. Lightly soured, lightly juicy, and very, very drinkable!
Paradis sur Terre — 7.6%
A traditional Trappist style ale. Featuring a simple recipe of grain and Belgian sugar boosted by a complex Belgian yeast. Flavors of plum, dried apricot, raisins, and clove all mingle together to create “Heaven on Earth.”
Dead Forest — 5.8%
