Eight and a half pounds of blackberries to a barrel gives us a beautiful purple wheat beer. Goes down smooth with a perfect balanced zing of blackberry. Get your drank on, with Purple Drank!(responsibly of course!)
Moon on the Lake NEIPA - 6%
A NEIPA, smooth and drinkable with a big hop taste and aroma. Packed full of Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. A silky mouthfeel and body compliment the huge hop additions into a brew as beautiful as the Moon on the Lake!
Slab of Granite IPA - 7.5%
Big and heavy, Slab of Granite IPA, is just like our prominent local bedrock. Passing through the brewing process like metamorphic rock. Heat and time turn grain, water, yeast, and hops into a solid product. Packed with a dense flavor of Ekuanot, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops. Perfect after climbing up a Slab of Granite!
Donderwolk – 10%
Donderwolk is the Dutch word for thundercloud, and this aptly named Belgian tripel is beautiful, elegant, and full of wild strength. Hints of peppery esters floating amongst oranges, a faint whisper of clove rolling in smoothly, all crashing with the power of nature.
Pre-Prohibition Porter – 5.7%
Before prohibition, America was speckled with 4600 breweries all making ales unique to their own town's taste. Porters, a little bit lighter in character than their future cousins, reigned supreme in many of these towns. Dark roasty elixirs filled ornate glasses, that were raised to toasts, before being happily consumed. Here's our rendition of what old tales tell.
Return of the Son of Pond Foam – 4.7%
It came from the water...hops, and barley! A great session for the hot summer days. A light uniquely hoppy flavor and aroma from Sabro hops. Frighteningly crisp and drinkable while you take in the sun.
Paradis sur Terre — 7.6%
A traditional Trappist style ale. Featuring a simple recipe of grain and Belgian sugar boosted by a complex Belgian yeast. Flavors of plum, dried apricot, raisins, and clove all mingle together to create “Heaven on Earth.”
Dead Forest — 5.8%
Designed especially for the stout drinker in summer months. Deep and robust with drinkability. We combined oatmeal and tropical stout styles to give you the best dark beer experience for the warm weather ahead.

Our dry hopped sour ale is clean and tart with the piney and fruity explosiveness of North American hops. Absolutely refreshing in the dog days of summer, or cool fall nights next to the campfire.

Blast off with a sour ale featuring blackberries, plum, and a mingling blend of modern hops. Kettle soured, then loaded with over one hundred pounds of fruit after a wild cosmic fermentation. Silky body and refreshing flavor.
